Support when family life becomes more complex.

Not every family need fits neatly into a service.
Sometimes circumstances change unexpectedly. A parent may be navigating a separation, a family may be moving between countries, a child may need to travel internationally, or a loved one may require support through a complex medical situation.
At other times, several things may be happening at once.
Educare provides private family support and coordination for these moments, helping families understand what support may be needed, identify appropriate professionals and coordinate the practical details around them.
You do not need to know exactly which service you need before speaking with us. We begin by understanding your circumstances.

Sometimes the right support is not obvious at first.
Family life can change in ways that are difficult to plan for.
A separation or divorce may change how a household works. A new family arrangement may require different childcare or household support. A parent may have demanding professional responsibilities. A family may relocate internationally or begin living between countries.
In other situations, a family may simply find itself managing several needs at the same time.
Educare can help make sense of what is required, identify the appropriate professionals and coordinate the support around your family.
Our role is not to assume what you need. It is to understand the circumstances first.
Support that moves with your family.
For internationally mobile families, life can involve more than one home, country or set of arrangements.
Relocation may bring questions around childcare, education, household staffing, travel and the practical details of settling into a new environment.
Educare can help families coordinate appropriate professionals and support across these changing circumstances, whether you are relocating, spending time between countries or adapting to a new stage of international family life.
Where appropriate, this may include:
Educare’s support extends beyond childhood.
Family responsibilities do not end when children grow older.
A family may need a companion or caregiver for an elderly relative, support for an adult experiencing illness or significant life circumstances, or help coordinating several forms of professional support around a loved one. Depending on the circumstances, Educare can help with appropriate professional introductions and practical coordination.
Our role is non-clinical. Where medical or regulated care is involved, we work alongside the relevant healthcare and professional providers rather than replacing them.

Not every family situation has a predefined service.
Families may come to us during a surrogacy journey, following the arrival of a newborn through surrogacy, during an international move, or when several unusual circumstances need to be coordinated at once.
There may be travel arrangements to consider, maternity or newborn professionals to identify, household support to organise, or several people and professionals who need to work together.
These situations do not always fit neatly into a service category. They do not have to. Begin with a conversation and we can work with you to understand what is needed.
Finding the right people for the circumstances.
Educare’s professional network extends beyond household staffing.
Depending on a family’s needs, we may help identify appropriate educational, developmental, therapeutic, medical, childcare or other specialist professionals.
Our role is to understand the requirement, help identify appropriate independent professionals and facilitate introductions where relevant. Where a service is regulated or clinical, the professional providing that service remains responsible for their own advice, treatment or care.
Support that can continue as circumstances evolve.
Families do not always need support for one defined moment.
A situation may develop over time. A family may need to bring in another professional, change an existing arrangement, coordinate support across countries or reassess what is needed as circumstances change.
Our relationship can continue beyond the initial introduction or coordination.
Educare can remain a private point of contact for families who value having someone who understands their circumstances and can help coordinate the next step when it arises.
We begin with a private conversation about what is happening and what your family is trying to manage.
We look at the wider circumstances, including the people, professionals, arrangements and practical considerations already involved.
We help determine what type of support or professional may be appropriate.
Where required, we facilitate introductions and help coordinate appointments, travel, documentation or other practical arrangements.
Where ongoing support is appropriate, we can remain involved as circumstances evolve.
Tell us what is happening. You may know that your family needs support without knowing exactly what that support should look like. You may be managing a significant transition, a complex medical situation, international travel, a change in household circumstances, or several things at once. Start with the situation, not the service. We will listen, understand the circumstances, and help you explore what may be appropriate.
This is a private conversation, not a registration. Share only what you are comfortable sharing; every enquiry is treated with discretion.
